A visionary experience

A soft energy welcomes us, unassuming, she approaches. A powerful voice immediately exclaims prophetic utterings. Highly poetic, and highly competent storytelling left the audience engrossed and absorbed as we were taken though a tale that is both simple and complex, its winding nature igniting the imagination. We are transported to an ethereal world, led through a tale where other realms overlap the human dimensions.

Imogen’s refined stream of consciousness carried the audience along with her as a flowing current through time and space, weaving a great working from simple imagery. With lovely pronunciations we are shown feeling expressed in every word, the stored emotion of her inspiration softly taking us with her, and our journey so profoundly tended to by the gentle strumming of the guitar and singing that could be right out of another world.

A true authenticity resonates as we are guided though aspects of the divine feminine, and my heart opened as I connected to the revival of forgotten spiritual elements connecting women to the land. Imogen’s performance offered a visionary experience, an impressive act of channelling something deep within, bringing stories to surface through ancestral memory.

I left this performance with a spiritual lightness after immersion in this shared experience of nature, and walking with the goddess through the seasons which was both primal and meditative.
