Author and poet Matt Eccles is turning Japanese (he really thinks so) although he recently quit being a Vapor.
As you’ve just witnessed, you’ll marvel at his popular culture references, if by chance, you’re into anything that happened during the 70s and 80s!
He’ll bring the haiku to life in this interactive show (there’ll be QR code for you to scan) that’s split into topics all shot through the lens of this ancient art form. Each section is rounded off with an original longer form poem.
In fact, his poem about horses does come with a Trigger warning (one for you Roy Rogers fans).
You’re encouraged to bring along the name of a football league team and Matt will reveal their Haiku for others to guess, from his 5-star rated book that inspired the title of this show.
